my name is pronounced now-shin. I am an australian-born bangladeshi interior designer and fibre artist based in brooklyn, new york.

i have worked on and led a bunch of interior design projects in the u.s; including private residential, multi-family, hotels and restaurants.

I found my love for fibre arts through connecting with my late nana in 2023, who was one of the greatest artists i have ever known. i started with a basic green scarf, progressed to full garments, and have recently started working on tapestries made from recycled bangladeshi saris.
